NCOWS in Vegas

Looks like I'm not taking this job in Southern Cali and attending the Bakersfield NCOWS so I'm attemping to start a NCOWS branch here. It's going to be real skinny though.   Buffalo Barbie and I and tenetively another couple.

There used to be an NCOWS posse in Lost Wages.  I understand that they shared with SASS shooters in separate posses, same stages, different rules.  

If I recall, their Marshall was Lorne Lomprey, "smokey45".  Is there any record of the membership from then?
