Posse Charter Application Goes Out Tomorrow for Tyler, TX Peacemakers

As an NCOWS member here in South Central Texas...with no Posse within 3 1/2 hours!...I will probably make the "pilgrimmage" up there to Tyler to shoot with you guys.  Been wantin' to shoot an NCOWS match for a very LONG time!

Jake, we'd be happy to have you come shoot NCOWS with us too at the Texas Ten Horns. Some of us will be attending The Texas Peacemaker's NCOWS matches when they start up as well.

I just checked the Texas Peacemakers' Web Site. I noticed they had an NCOWS logo on their home page and they have NCOWS matches scheduled starting Feb. 20th. (http://www.texaspeacemakers.org/when.html). They also have other NCOWS-specific info on their web site.


I hope I'm not stealing anyone's thunder. I'm just excited to see that we (NCOWS) are growing!!

I guess I will have to catch their NCOWS match either in March or April. I have a prior committment on the 20th.

I spoke with Oklahoma Tom a few days ago (He's at the SHOT show now . . . lucky dog).  He & Preacher Clint are working hard to dot all the "i's" and cross all the "t's" to get the paperwork settled with the NCOWS Executive Committee and get the Peacemakers approved.

I know lots of us are excited to have another NCOWS venue within driving distance.

If the weather and health issues permits I plan on being there for the first NCOWS match at the Peacemakers. Hopefully I'll have a pard to share a ride with over there. I'm happy for the Peacemakers and enjoy having some of those folks come shoot NCOWS with us here at Jacob's plain in Greenville. Happy trails.
