Saw this on Encore Westerns this morning. Interesting John Wane oater from 1934. Typical damsel in distress story line. Gabby Hayes, pre-sidekick days, clean shaven with teeth, playing the villain in a big part. Another of the bad guys is Yakima Canutt who appeared to be doing double duty, as I presume, that was not actually John Wayne, who jumped into a river from his horse while crossing a bridge. Enjoyed it.
