I've read some Kunhausen books, however they are written on an intermediate engineering level. The layman can get lost in them faster than a blind man in a maze. He does however go into decent detail on the changes Uberti has done through the years to the hammer cam that's right up your alley, Rifle. Speaking of which, did you ever get those cams you had backordered from DGW and if so how do they look?  ???

I got some. They look alright. Don't know how hard they are. I usually re-harden the hammer when using those cams because of the cam and the trigger job and all. PeaceMaker Specialist carries cams too and he says they are pretty hard steel. They cost though.
