The N.Y. State Assembly passed Assembly Bill 3211A which bans all centerfire rifles  .50 cal. or larger. There is NO grandfathering.
50 cal. rifle owners who surrender their rifles will be reumbersed at fair market value. There go your 50-95's, 50-70's, Spencers,etc., etc.
Act now to contact your state senator before this becomes law. How long before they declare our toggle link Winchesters assault rifles?

The Bill is in the State Senate under the number S4752. I have been told by my Senator, that we need to pressure the following Senators in order to defeat this bill, or the Democratic majority, voting as a block will simply pass it. Write or call NOW!

The Bill may be aimed at the 50 cal (BMG) Barrett, but it's including everything else centerfire.

And you can rest assured, who ever drafted the bill knew exactly what he was doing. Banning the .50 just wont make the streets safe enough- better ban .45 caliber as well, I think the camel is trying to stick his head under the tent!
