This is a great place to post about it.   I had a look at the first page.  Looks nice.  Takes forever to upload on this here dial up connection.   :)
Beware the man with one gun, he probably knows how to use it.

Um, I can't get into it to see anything but the title page and a few email links at the bottom. Yes, I even clicked the American flag but I cannot enter the site to see the goodies.

It's about time.  It's not a smooth navigation; there's more than a handful of American coders & web gurus available that could bring it up a notch.  But, it's there.  Yippie!  That's a fine Christmas present.  Thanks for posting.

Hellgate - If you don't mind no plot or character development or dialog, here's a cut to the chase for just the good parts: http://www.pietta.us/products/Breachloadinguns/gallery/index.html  and  http://www.pietta.us/products/Muzzleloadinguns/index.html  and http://www.pietta.us/products/Special/gallery/index.html.  Hope you can get in that way.

Merry Christmas.

Boy, have I been living life on the edge. Maximum recommended load for the 44 cal revolvers (p16 owner's manual) is 15 grains FFFg with a .454 ball. SASS requires at least 15grs. That won't even seat the ball onto the powder which is another of many warnings (to be certain the ball is seated firmly on the powder). You need about 22-23 grains for the Remington. I grew up with the concept that "You can't overload a C&B because the chamber won't hold too much powder". So far, it's been true for me. I'd be leery of any gun you can't put more than 15 grs powder for fear it'll come apart. I realize the recommendations are completely CYA but who'd want to shoot 12 grs in a 44? 20, 25, or 30 is more like it and then there's the 200gr conicals for even more fun. Nice guns, beautiful photos. Too bad the lawyers helped write the manual. It's like saying you shouldn't drive your car over 55mph. Then why does the speedometer say 120? Oh well, just venting. They're good guns and lots of fun.
