Just to let you all know, I tried out my new rolling block carbine at our monthly shoot today.

I was also required to yodel on the first stage.
The carbine promptly jammed.

I was excused from yodeling for the rest of the stages and the carbine then turned in a very satisfactory debut performance.

Moral of the story: rolling block carbines don't cotton to yodeling.  ;D

RCJ........
I was the only shooter there that could keep a tune and yodel on key......but I missed the first pistol target and no one got to hear my fine voice.

Bill, I beg to differ, Sir!  You MAY have a better voice than me, (or not  ;) ) but I can sing in tune and on key.  I can even hit high B flat. 'Course all the OTHER high notes may be flat, too.  :o  ::)  ;D  ;D ;D
