Why I was not at the convention yesterday

I wish to aboligize to those who were planning on going to my seminar on kitchen gadgets of the 19th century.

As many know I have some medical problems that cause me trouble from time to time, with my guts.  These are inhited rather than from my cooking, so you are safe if you eat in my cook camp.  At a wedding reception Saturday night I made the mistake of eating a few pieces of raw califlower.  When I was awakened at 5:30 yesterday I had major problems and was afraid I would make a trip to the ER before the day was over.  I dodged the bullet on that one and am much better today.

I looked forward to doing the seminar and seeing some folks I haven't seen for a while or have never met.  Anyway if you are interested a lot of what I was going to show and talk about are at this link.
