Anyone have a partiuclar favorite video on fast draw?

There are so many training videos out there.  Was wondering if any of you have a particular video especially good for tips on fast draw practice, along with good point and shoot accuracy.

Are you looking for videos for help with CAS or with fast draw?

That's basically it.  I don't have it in the budget at this point to actually compete, but I want to learn the following: 1] Relatively fast draw, 2] Good point and shoot accuracy, 3] The ability to relatively quickly put the gun back in the holster, and draw it again.   All my life I have been the slow, deliberate, take careful aim, line up the sights, the target, etc. and now I want to go completely the other way around, yet still retain good accuracy.  There are a ton of videos out there, but I wonder if there is one that is truly outstanding for someone like me who is a complete beginner at this type of thing.  If it makes a difference, the gun I am going to practice with, for now, is a Ruger Super SIngle Six.

I appreciate any input.

Fast Draw competition is not the same as CAS/SASS/WASA/NCOWS/W3G.  I don't know all that much about Fast Draw competition but here's what I do know.  They use either wax bullets or blanks.  They shoot one or two rounds from one pistol.  They draw and shoot from the hip.  To me the technique is very odd looking and from what I have seen it they use their whole body to draw the gun.

In cowboy action shooting we use real bullets.  We generally use two pistols loaded with five rounds each.  Most stages also require a shotgun and a rifle.  Scoring is based on accuracy as well as time.  I know quite a few "top shooters" and have talked with even more "top shooters", world champions, national champions and regional champions.  I don't know of a single top shooter who will advise you to use or who uses the point shooting method.  It's all about the front site.  Transisitions between guns are just as important as accurate shooting and your shotgun skills can win or lose a match for you.

Check out Evil Roy for videos.  I haven't seen them myself but I have heard that they are very good.
