Ruger Bisley Blackhawk Spring Choices

I was wondering if going with the 40/19 or 40/17 Wolff Spring kit for my Blackhawks is the best choice.   I don't think I need to go to a 30oz since that is a pretty light trigger and not sure i need or want that.   Is the 19 or the 17 the better choice - I think the 19 would be an improvement over OEM and maybe a bit faster than the 17.   So I was leaning toward 40/17s.   

What has been your experience?  Suggestions?
