Dragoon question
« on: June 21, 2013, 12:04:02 PM »
Hi y'all.  I can't remember for the life of me which model dragoon had the ladder sight.  Could someone refresh my memory?  I'm writing a book and the main character has a ladder-sighted dragoon with a shoulder stock, but I need a model number, and more importantly, a correct one.

I was told recently that I'm "livelier than a one-legged man at a butt-kicking contest."    Is that an insult or a compliment?

None had a ladder sight.  The third model Dragoons had a three leaf folding sight though.

Hummmmm.....interesting, I was under the impression that one had a ladder.  Oh well, guess I'll edit that from "ladder sight" to a  folding leaf sight."

Now, that's not to say that someone didn't add a ladder sight to one at some point.  Just that they weren't factory.
