Anyone have a link or copy of Mike Tatum's  Hooplehead's Guide to Forming a Posse.

Mike is away from home till the ninth, I could sure use the guidelines before Aug 7th. our next posse formation meeting.

I thought Dutch posted the Hooplehead's Guide on the newly revamped NCOWS web site, although I can't seem to find it.

I looked for it also. It is the kind of thing that would be nice to have on available on the web site. If anyone has a copy in PDF, Word, or ODT (Open Office) they can email me I'll post it post haste.
