Perfect weather, old friends, great shoot, well run!

Thanks Duke Henry, NCOWS and WSSC.
When the cambrian measures were forming they promised purpetual peace. They swore if we gave up our weapons the wars of the tribes, they would cease, but when we disarmed they enslaved us and delivered us bound to our foe and the Gods of the copybook headings said, "Stick to the devil you know." Irish Dave, We had 6 very good stages. Shoot out at the mine, a drink at the canteena, even robbed a train and shot up some fellow at the ok corral for messing with our favorite hat. You know you just shouldn't bother a man's hat! Some of the club was there cooking hamburgers and hot dogs for our lunch. We opened with safety rules, prayer and pledge to our flag. Two large posses where we could spread the duties out and still have time to visit with each other. Several of West Side was there to give us a hand. Sure was a very good day, the weather was perfect. Dodge Boy, P. I. Parker, and I drove over from KY to show those hoosiers how to shoot!! Don't think they needed us to show them, they did all right. Had a great time, can't wait to do it again. Tj  ;D  ;)

Howdy Pards,
Glad to hear everyone had a great time. We had 30 shootist take on the some challenging stages.(didnt know they were that challenging when I wrote them). I had a real great time with it. Got to use some neat props and make alotta noise and smoke.
Got to see friends havent seen in awhile. Had some folk come and shoot thier first NCOWS match with us and said they would be back. Had 1 or 2 first time shooters, afew almost first timers shooting there 2nd or 3rd match ever.
I heard said once or twice  "This is what its suppost to be like". Gotta admit that warmed my heart. Hope we can keep it that way.
I want to thank everyone for coming out and supporting us as well as all who helped out.
Really looking forward to the next one on June 19th as well as the 2010 Nationals. I cant wait, just ask my coworkers. I think they'll be glad when I shut up about it. ;D
Sorry it took so long to get a post. This dern puter internet has'nt been rite lately. ISP server keeps going KAPOOT.

Hope to se ya'll soon,
duke

Was at the Evansville gun show today. Several there had good words about our first shoot and several others that want to make the next one. That's what we like to hear. Tj
