Hi pards . . . anyone looking for a real nice original conversion ?    Here is one in excellent shape and at a really nice price.  If I wanted an original conversion (  I don't . . . I'm browsing what is avalable as I'm in the market for an original still in Cap & Ball later this year ) . . . . . I'd have bought it instead of posting about it here . . . .

speaking of conversions. . .

. . . reminds me of "Halfway Creek Charlie" . . . he was real regular around here . . . and had a great collection of Remingtons. Including several conversions.   He posted that he'd be "among the missing" . . . cuz he was moving. . . . and was never "seen" again . . . .  

. . . inquiring about him got a responces from someone that he's sold all his guns . . . didn't offer them here . . .      But I wasn't really in a financial possition to buy any of them then.   Glad I saved pictures of his guns back when he posted them.  

Anyone heered tell of him ?
