The seal skin chaps he is wearing are on display in the Theodore Roosevelt Birthplace Historic Site in New York City. The original house was torn down in 1916 but it was rebuilt as a museum in 1919 (the year he died). It is a very interesting place and has quite a few of his things, including the jacket and speech with a bullet hole through it from the 1912 assassination attempt, one of his rough rider uniforms (including the blue silk scarf with white polka dots), and his desk from when he was undersecretary of the Navy (it has monitors on the sides, very cool). Its quite small and intimate, like being in his house and not that many people know its there.
