Hi Pards,
I have a problem with my 2 1860 conversions. I need help
At the monthly shoot I shot 40rds from each of my conversion and the cylinder became difficult to rotate. After the shoot I took the gun apart and found that the primers was rubbing against the recoil plate
further examination I found that the primers of the 45rds were sticking out slightly and found that the recoil plate near the firing pin hole were dented
Does this happen with the conversion? If so how did you repair it? or do I need to replace the recoil plate?
Thank you for your help.
Razorback Joe
P.S. How do you takeoff the recoil plate?
