My new years resalution this year is to move from the bottom third to the middle of the herd. The wepon I have the least trouble with[ and feel most confident] with is the rifle. The shotgun is where I seem to eat up the most time.Ive had fitting problems but am getting these sorted out.I also had problems loading and unloading. with the pistols Im getting to where I can shoot clean more than not, but not quickly. Ive got a couple of months till our local club resumes[ march].Any ideas where I can pick up some time? on my santas list are several books including Doc's. Any top shooters rember what kickstarted there shooting? or have a practice regimine they would like to share?

Transitions, transitions, transitions.  There's a couple of threads in this forum on transistions and check out this link to a paper written by the North-East regional champion.
