Different Make Revolvers

How many people shoot same caliber and same barrel length, but different brand of revolvers. Or does everybody just try to have a matching pair?

I have a matched pair Vaquero's in 357 but also have an AWA and Cattleman I use in 357 too, and I also use a 44-40 Schofield with one of the 73 clones. Love that Schofield but it is a little more expensive to shoot than the 38's/357's.  8)

I've only got two matches under the belt, but I really enjoy being able to mix and match what I shoot. Shot my first match starting with a Cimarron Mod P (4 3/4) paired first with a '72 Open Top (7 1/2) and then a Stoeger/Uberti "Desperado" (4 3/4 nickled with "Buffalo" grips). Shot 45 Schofield in all of them.
My last match I shot the Open Top paired with a 7" Schofield, again using 45 Schofield. I'll never be a top competitor, but I sure enjoy shooting the different styles and sizes!
