Life goes on

 I have posted on another board that Steve Groninga, prior owner of Prairie Fire Range at Ackley, Iowa was diagnoised with liver cancer in April. He is doing great right now, but has serious bouts of FATIGUE.
 Many have heard about the tornado in Iowa last Sunday, well if cancer wasn't enough for me to handle, my brother and his wife lost their entire home and belonging, plus two new vehicles. Parkersburg, Iowa was my home town for many years and like most I and my children still consider it just that even though we have all moved away.
There were over 250 homes completely destroyed and that many damaged. 5 deaths were reported and many injuries.
Please if you could find the time to keep these folks all in your prayers.

More on the way.
Saw you in some video on TV last week picking up pieces of something but didn't know your family was involved. All will recover at some point, one of our Fire Crews went up last weekend, the 31st, and he told me Monday they had never seen such damage, and that the spirit of those that had lost everything was far  higher than theirs. Iowa spirit and American strength, a hard combination to beat!
