325-350 grain bullets....where?

I've got a (Taylor) Spencer I'm dying to shoot and I'm not quite up to speed for bullet casting yet. I'd like to get 100 bullets somewhere so I can start shooting. Buffalo Arms said they were out of their 350 grain and only had 300 grain available.

What other retailers out can you suggest?

I assume you're looking for rounds for your Spencer 56-50.

I'd like to find some bullets. I've got the powder and dies. Buffalo Arms is out of them. Who else might have the cast bullets? ( 325-350 grain FN)

Check with GAD -- www.gadcustomcartridges.com   -- I believe they have bullets as well as loaded ammo.

French Jack, Hope you don't mind my two cents added to your post, but GAD shows in their On-line Catalog for "Cast Bullets" the following for Spencer 56-50:

R.N. .515 325 Gr. 5650 Spencer / 5096 $12.00. R.N. stands for "round nose": wouldn't Flat Nose cast bullets be better for the Spencer?

Had the pleasure of dealing with Dave Jennings of Montana Bullet Works. Got a supply of 330 gr FN sized and lubed to my specifications. They promptly returned calls and shipped my order out. The bullets arrived today carefully packed in cartridge boxes (that loaded 56-50 rounds will fit into).

I'll be shooting some tomorrow and if the perform as good as the level of service received I will be quite happy.
